Why are international flights not
included in your price? We like to give our clients
the choice of airline as well as taking advantage of the many bargain prices available,
also as our main marketing tool is the Internet our clients come from many different
countries.
What arrangements have you made to
protect me against your financial failure? We run a
clients trust account. All your payments to us are placed into this account and will only
be released to us 30 days after the completion of your tour. In the meantime we pay for
your tour from our operating funds.
Who controls the clients Trust
Account? The signatures required are from
the TTA and from one of
the Directors of Footprint.
Why are the local airfares not included?
In some countries local airfares are very cost effective and in some cases free if you
also fly the international sector with the national airline concerned.
